Alexandre Logé – collectible furniture and sculptural lighting

Alexandre Logé is a designer known for refined, sculptural pieces shaped within the French decorative arts tradition. His work brings high-precision techniques into dialogue with meticulous hand-craft.

Logé began his practice through bronze, exploring how this noble material could be guided toward architectural silhouettes and quietly expressive volumes. Academic training in art history and visual arts at the Sorbonne sharpened his sensitivity to form and proportion. A significant part of his early development took place in his uncle’s workshop, located in Les Puces, a storied Parisian district known for its artisans and decorative-arts ateliers.
This environment provided a direct and tactile understanding of materials, their weight, their response to tools and the discipline of making. These early experiences continue to shape Logé’s sculptural vocabulary today.

Based in Paris since 2005, Alexandre Logé has cultivated a formal language influenced by antiquity, modernism and primitivism. Plaster became a central medium early on for its raw and mineral presence, while bronze remained an essential material carried out with the same exacting standards.

Today, Logé’s pieces are produced in very limited series in the spirit of collectible design, combining rigorous craftsmanship, controlled editions and a consistent pursuit of clarity and refinement.

The recent COSMOS collection introduces a new chapter. Expansive silhouettes, galactic forms and sculptural volumes create a quiet dialogue between futurist intuition and imagined archaeology. Each piece is conceived as a functional artwork for collectors and informed enthusiasts.

Alexandre Logé collaborates with leading international galleries such as Donzella LTD and Ralph Pucci in New York, 88 Gallery in London, The Rope in Munich, and Alexandre Biaggi in Paris. Each is given exclusive rights on certain pieces, while others are available direct from his private gallery apartment near Parc Monceau, Paris, and via his website.

Passionate about new materials and creative challenges, Alexandre Logé now divides his practice into two distinct collections, each defined by its own identity and material processes.
